AMT series are high performance, reliable, fully automated, multilane vertical packaging machines for single portion packing of variable loose (powder, granulate), piece and liquid goods (cosmetics as masks, shampoos, creams, liquid soaps, hair colours) into pyramidal bags, stickpacks and flat bags sealed on three sides. According to the packed product the packaging machine is equipped with suitable dosing equipment.

The control system ensures the user can easily and quickly manage all the packaging machine settings. Bags are made from an endless roll of heat sealable packing material. The foil is cut into individual narrow strips according to the number of tubes (except one-lane packaging machine), passes through a forming part (without forming collar); all strips are sealed lengthwise and make sleeves. This sleeve is sealed by a cross jaw and a precise dose of packed goods is filled through the tube. The attractive shape of pyramidal bags is made by two pairs of cross jaws that seal the bags by turning for 90° and making bags of triangle shape.

The sleeve is pulled down for set length and pair of cross jaws seals it transversely. Integrated blade cuts the bags off onto an exit conveyor that transports the bags for further handling. The bag shape can be changed automatically on the panel. All parts that come into contact with goods of food character are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (upon a special request also in AISI 316L). The packaging machine ABM EN is possible to combine with other optional accessories.
